CANCELLATIONS

6 HOUR advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellation. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary. For any cancellation less than 6 hours,  the client will be charged for the full price of the scheduled missed service. Two consecutive cancellations in less then a 24 hour period will cause a client to forfeit their online scheduling privileges.The Square Barbers reserves the right to refuse future services to the client.

NO SHOWS

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without proper cancellation, or without first contacting our establishment via call, text or email, will result in forfeiture of all online scheduling privileges.  The client will be charged for the full price of the scheduled missed service.The Square Barbers  reserves the right to refuse future services to a client for failure to appear to an appointment without the courtesy of advanced cancellation and/or notification.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure the best possible customer service is provided to each of our clients, we have allocated the appropriate time necessary to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) ensures the proper time necessary for our licensed professional barbers to comfortably complete your service(s). Unfortunately, quality service cannot be ensured in the event that a client arrives more than 10 minutes late.       The Square Barbers reserves the right to decline service to a client who is 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.  As a result, The Square Barbers reserves the right to charge the client for the full price of the scheduled missed service.

Future appointment opportunities for clients prohibited from the booking system shall be reinstated at the discretion of the Licensed Professional Barber.
